Amatieris plot

Victor is a bright student and occasionally deals in marijuana. However, he is confronted with a dilemma, because his girlfriend is accepted for a study in Amsterdam. Because he doesn't want to be left alone, Victor wants to go with her. The problem is that he doesn't have a red cent.
