"2 Good. 2 Bad. 4 Life."

The criminal Dayvon is an experienced boy from the street. His best friend Ty is incarcerated on suspicion of a crime. Dayvon and Ty together led the drug world in West Baltimore for the organization DFL (Dogs For Life). However, the two clash when Ty suspects Dayvon is planning to leave the organization and is involved in his arrest. Ty decides to take a gruesome act of revenge against Dayvon. In the midst of this infighting, they are confronted by two young members. It is Lil'Jay and Stink, who plan to seize power within the DFL.
