Red Knot plot

"An antarctic love story"

Writer Peter Harrison's dream is to travel to the ends of the Earth with his wife. They set out on a research vessel for the icy wasteland of Antarctica. Chloe feels neglected and betrayed by Peter. He is only collecting information to publish an article about the work of one of the fellow passengers, whale biologist Roger Payne.
