Samayou Koyubi plot

Since the age of five, Ryosuke has been stalked by Momoko, the ugliest girl in town at the time. Her love for Ryosuke is so unbounded that she had her face surgically modified to suit his taste, but he still doesn't want to know anything about her. Ryosuke goes for the fleeting love, for example with the girlfriend of a gangster boss. But when he finds out about their affair, he has Ryosuke's little finger chopped off.
