Ognennye Versty plot

An anti-Communist White Army platoon, led by the scheming General Denikin, besieges a southern city during the Civil War. The communist chieftain Zavarzin, who also has some business interests elsewhere, resists because he refuses to surrender. He leads a resistance group, including a nurse and a disguised White Army officer, in a daring machine-gun escape attempt.
