"The only way out is through the fire."

Film portrait of the American heavy metal band Lamb of God. Reflections of the band members on their lives and their music are interspersed with images from concerts around the world. The documentary takes a bizarre turn when singer Randy Blythe is arrested on suspicion of manslaughter. The band is in shock. Both because of the tragic death of a fan and out of concern for the unstable Blythe. An unexpectedly sensitive take on a scene often associated with violence.
