The Common Linnets: Calm before the Storm plot

At the end of 2013, it was announced that Ilse DeLange and Waylon would form the occasional musical duo The Common Linnets. In this documentary they show up close how their songs come about and how they work towards the release of their joint album. In the quiet seclusion of the Belgian Ardennes, Nashville, but also Hilversum (where there was collaboration with, among others, Daniël Lohues and JB Meijers), the documentary shows the chemistry between Ilse and Waylon. In personal interviews they explain how much they have grown up with country music and why they wanted to make this album together.
