The Sky above Us plot

Every day Ana, Sloba and Bojan endanger their lives simply by going to work in or next to the national television station in Belgrade. It is a prime target for the NATO bombing campaign. All three force themselves to deal with the fear, because they want to hold on to their ordinary lives. But 'normal' no longer exists. Ana (35) is an actress who wants to be true to the theater she loves so much, but which is located next to the TV building. Although deep down she no longer dares, she commits herself to go again and again. The hip twenty-something Bojan (23) throws himself night after night into the party frenzy of sex, drugs and house in order to escape reality. Staffing technician Sloba (46) has taken his wife and child to safety outside the city, but has stayed behind to support themselves. That's his mission and nothing can stop him. Every night, Belgrade changes from a bustling city to a military target. As bombs fall from the sky above them, Ana, Bojan and Sloba grapple with the question: What do I have to do to survive in an insane world?
