The Other Side of the Mountain plot

A North Korean nurse saves the life of a South Korean soldier left behind after the fighting during the Korean War. Brought together by the war, this is a meeting that seems so destined. His identity remains unknown to her when he returns to South Korea, but because he has promised to return for her, she continues to wait for him. Meanwhile, he tries everything to get the North Korean government to make their reunion a reality.
