De Bajeshumanist plot

Patrick Vlug is a humanistic chaplain or 'prison humanist' within the Penitentiary Institution (PI) Zoetermeer. In a strictly confidential atmosphere, he offers a listening ear and support to detainees through individual conversations. He also organizes group discussions and reflection meetings. People who are in prison have the right to spiritual care that is in keeping with their religion or belief. There are 30 humanists working within the prison system. They speak to prisoners, TBS and foreign nationals in detention. The humanists, who are not themselves religious, work together with pastors, pastors, imams and other faiths.
