Still Waters plot

"The worst crime committed was letting her go."

Angel, a woman who was horribly abused by her grandmother as a little girl and imprisoned after killing her, begins to kill as an adult. Though sentenced to an asylum for the rest of her life, Angel is released under political pressure. To avoid public outcry, she is pronounced dead. Now that Angel is free, a government agent is brought in to kill her to cover up the blunder.
