Outlaw Wes McQueen manages to break out of prison and rejoin his gang trying to rob a train. The gang is divided and conflicted over 'Colorado' Carson, a former and irresistible dancer, who has taken one of them with her. Wes wants to stop his criminal activities when he meets Lulie Ann, the daughter of rancher Fred Winslow. He also wants his own ranch. Out of loyalty to his fellow gang members, Wes wants to participate in the planned train robbery just this once. But then this train robbery fails…
