100-kai Nakukoto plot

Shuichi had a serious motorcycle accident four years earlier. This left him with a gap in his memory of a year. He meets Yoshimi at a friend's wedding. They become friends and Shuichi considers marrying Yoshimi. Then Yoshimi falls ill and there is a sad truth in the hole of Shuichi's memory.
