Thompson 1880 plot

The bad guy Brady requires his men to always obey the law because he doesn't believe guns are efficient. Instead, he tries to control a town with a monopoly so that he can determine the prices of all goods. But then Ray arrives in town. He is unarmed, but invents the first machine gun. Sheila gets to know Ray and expects him to help her start her own store, with lower prices. Ray, however, isn't out to use his weapon at all - until things start to spiral out of control.
