Retired Lieutenant Commander McHale spends his time in the Caribbean, on San Moreno, selling supplies to his former Navy colleagues. The naval base is run by the tough Captain Binghampton. The governor of San Moreno has struck a deal with terrorist Major Vladikov, McHale's nemesis. ladikov may use the island to set up a nuclear launch site. With the help of his ex-colleagues led by Capt. Binghampton, McHale takes on Vladikov before he ruins the entire island.
