The Hunchback of Notre Dame plot
The story of the deformed foundling being raised in the Notre Dame of Paris by the young priest Frollo. Twenty years later, Quasimodo lives as a bell ringer in seclusion in the church. On Epiphany (January 6) he ventures out and is bullied by the mob who proclaim him King of Fools. The only one protecting him is the beautiful gypsy Esmeralda, also an outcast.
