dr. Fu Manchu's 168th birthday is ruined by a fool who wastes the elixir that keeps him young forever. Fu sends his maids out to collect ingredients for a new elixir of rejuvenation. They start with the Star of Leningrad diamond on display at a Russian exhibition in Washington. Bored with the theft, the FBI sends agents Capone and Williams to England to consult with Nayland Smith, an eccentric Fu expert. Nayland expects Fu to kidnap the Queen of England in order to demand the George V diamond as a ransom. Scotland Yard hires Alice Rage to impersonate Britain's Queen...
