La Femme Cachée plot

Since the death of his wife, Marc Delvaux, a famous retired police officer, has been living alone in an isolated house on the water. A lawyer friend asks him to house Emma, a key witness in a major criminal affair. The young woman's behavior soon intrigues the former police officer.
