On July 22, 2011, 32-year-old radical right-wing extremist Anders Behring Breivik detonated a bomb in central Oslo, killing eight people. Then he went to the island of Utøya, where a youth camp of the Workers' Party was in full swing. Here he shot 69 people. Director Kari Anne Moe follows four young people with political ambitions in the run-up to the school elections, which are held just before the official Norwegian elections and serve as the barometer of national politics.
