Coma plot

Susan Wheeler is a medical student at a hospital. She notices that several apparently healthy patients after a routine procedure increasingly end up in a coma after surgery. When she investigates, it turns out that everyone she knows disappears or dies. After several mistakes by the department head Joe Morton, she enlists the help of her teacher, lover and doctor Stark.
