Asura plot

"Born A Beast, To Be Human"

The story is set in the mid-15th century. Floods, drought and food scarcity have turned Kyoto into a wasteland. During this time a boy is born, Asura. Shortly after his birth, he is left to his own devices and must survive like a beast in the wilderness. Asura's lost soul is saved by a young girl, Wakasa. But when Asura comes into contact with civilization again, he must learn to get rid of the beast in him.
