Aunt Augusta, an elegant elderly lady with a turbulent past, lifts the mood of her reclusive cousin Henry after the death of his mother. She takes him to exotic places in the hope of finding her long-gone lover. They end up in Paris via Istanbul. Henry is gradually becoming less shy.
