One in the Chamber plot
"When killers collide, every bullet counts."
Things are going well for icy hit man Ray (Cuba Gooding Jr.) when rival gangs try to take the city by force. But when he ruins one of his assignments, he has to deal with the Russian mafia in the form of hit man Aleksey "The Wolf" (Dolph Lundgren). Aleksey discovers why Ray spends so much time in the city. The reason is the handsome Janice (Claudia Bassols), whose father should have killed Ray years ago. This proves to be an inevitable part of the puzzle, resulting in an explosive showdown between the two assassins.
