"Can they... will they... stop that TERROR ON A TRAIN"
A terrorist has placed a bomb on a train transporting naval mines to Portsmouth. When the train stops at a small town, local authorities enlist the help of Peter Lyncort (Glenn Ford), a former munitions expert with the Canadian Royal Engineers. Peter has five hours to complete his dangerous mission.
