Hanbun Shojo to Zero Otoko plot

Kenichiro has a problem. He wakes up in a police uniform and doesn't remember who he is. Even worse, he sees strange numbers on people's heads, but only when he has an erection. Now he must find out what these mysterious numbers mean, especially since they have a disfiguring number zero on his own head.
