La Primera Noche plot
Growing unrest and violence in Colombia forces Toño and Paulina to leave the countryside where they grew up. Together with Paulina's two small children, of which Toño's brother is the father, they move to the big, merciless city. There they have to find a way to survive on the street. Toño and Paulina are both lonely, but they don't feel good about each other. They are faced with pain, disillusionment and unrequited love.
