Il Sole negli Occhi plot
The young and naive orphan Celestina moves to Rome and meets Fernando, a plumber who stubbornly courts her. She is treated like a daughter by the old couple for whom she works as a maid, but this angers their jealous family. Therefore, Celestina is forced to look for another job, but she is fired after she is caught kissing Fernando . She is now unemployed and finds out that she is pregnant.
