Her Last Will plot

Rich heiress Dina wants to amend her will. Half of her fortune goes to charity, the other half to her three children. The inheritance is subject to special conditions. However, Dina also has a fourth child that she gave up after birth. She also gets a share, but the other three children want to put a stop to that. Moreover, they want to get their hands on the inheritance earlier and they set up a devilish plan.

Director Anthony DiBlasi made a foray into TV-style films a few times, but with Her Last Will the turn to such material is fully accomplished. The result is what you can expect: the effort is minimal, the story will contain some questionable twists and the acting is generally mediocre. However, it can be said that Patrick Fischler is doing remarkably well and is the only member who radiates considerable charisma. The other cast members fail miserably at playing a real character, causing the final phase in particular to become bogged down in pure idiocy. The story has a lot going on and the screenplay does try to make something of it, but DiBlasi's mainly disinterested direction provides few highlights in this mediocre film. Hopefully this was just a financial contribution for him so that his next project can achieve optimal results.
