I honestly didn't like it much. Barely any successful jokes and after a few times the humor of the phone sex is gone. I also sometimes didn't think the acting was anything to write home about. Fortunately the film doesn't last long, so despite it being a disappointment it's still bearable.

Kevin Smith and Seth Rogen have amusing bit parts as users of a phone sex line set up by Katie Steele [Ari Graynor] to pay her apartment rent. A friend [Justin Long] decides to find a roommate to split the rent and comes up with his best friend Lauren [Lauren Anne Miller]. However, the two ladies met in an unpleasant way 10 years earlier. But with no choice, they are doomed to each other. Their troubled relationship changes when Lauren uses her business acumen to turn Katie's side hustle into a successful partnership!
An enjoyable comedy with two lovely actresses who have great chemistry. The unexpected visits from Lauren's parents [Mimi Rogers and Don McManus] are hilarious - watch their reactions when they see the unconventional table decorations - and Justin Long has some of the best one-liners in this sharply written, light-hearted comedy that is admittedly light-hearted... but that's no problem (given the subject matter).

Disappointing film about two new housemates who start a sex line together. A bit fragmented and only occasionally fun. Despite the fact that it is about phone sex, it remains quite tame. The characters and the story are only weakly developed and the relationship between the two housemates is predictable. Just under 2.5 stars.
