Bay Coven plot

Yuppie couple Linda and Jerry decide to buy an estate on Devin Island. Jerry soon feels at home there, but Linda finds some things very strange: their neighbor sits outside his window, staring at them and on a trip with friends she discovers a mysterious, underground, sacred place. Shortly after, the dog and a friend from Boston are killed, Linda investigates and makes a horrifying discovery.
