Got it as a tip from jeroentjuhhhhh, who thought this might be a film I would appreciate. And indeed, it sounded nice, it went on the 2-see-list. No sooner said than done: After a terrible night and less then lie rotten in bed for 3 hours of sleep and watch 'Killer Eye' on an empty stomach. Quite doable.
Pretty chicks, nice kills, a ridiculous story.. Yeah, that does cheer me up a bit in the early morning. So wrong that it's great entertainment again. I always walk around in a too short skirt and a bra when my girlfriends there are. 
But hey, they're attractive ladies, so who cares? Especially Giselle. 
Damn!
Quiet build up, the first 40 minutes nothing really happened, except a few bare breasts and buttocks, lots of lesbian sexual tension and some nasty buzzing from the Killer Eye. But after the first kill it becomes really entertaining nonsense. Quite nicely filmed and the sexual tension continues throughout the kills and it remains entertaining enough until the last minute.

The director's baton for this sequel is taken over by director Charles Band, someone who has worked with low budgets before and who most likely won't be involved in production for long. Killer Eye: Halloween Haunt is a typical work that had to be finished as quickly as possible with as little effort as possible, which often makes the result unwatchable. Bad acting, even worse effects and negligible content are the main keywords with which this piece of junk can be described, only the Halloween theme is a positive addition to this rather meager series. Unfortunately, not much is done with it and a good fifteen minutes of the film consists of material from 12 years ago, so Band doesn't give you much reason to watch this film.
