A Girl in Every Port plot
"There's an ocean of fun afloat when these sea wolves go overboard for Marie...the sailors' delight!"
Timothy Dunnovan and Benjamin Linn are both sailors. When Timothy gets an advance on his wages, he decides to spend it all on a horse. His plan is to let the animal run in a race, but it doesn't go as planned because the horse loses. Benjamin decides to help his friend and returns the sick horse to its owner, trying to get Timothy's money back. Once there, it turns out that there is another horse that looks like the sick horse and can run very fast. Timothy sees his chance and switches the horses, returns with the right horse and enters it into a race. The owner of course realizes that the horses have been switched and goes in search of the two sailors...
