El Detective y la Muerte plot

The film is set in a violent city in Europe run by the powerful businessman Grande Mierda, also known as 'GM', who decides life and death. But while he plays with the lives of others, he has no control over his own impending death. From his deathbed, he agrees to his daughter Laura's birthday wish. He will see to it that her estranged mother is murdered. To find her he calls in the 'Detective'.
