Rhapsody plot

"M-G-M's Magnificent Drama of Music and Romance"

The rich, spoiled Louise Durant is in love with the talented violinist Paul Bronte, whose heart goes out only to music. Disillusioned, Louise attempts suicide. However, that fails and she is lovingly taken care of by pianist James Guest, who adores her. Louise decides to marry James and she gets him to pick up the music again.
