Sylvain has devoted his life entirely to the local cinema, but it is doomed to disappear. He is a programmer, operator and cashier and even lives in the basement of the building. Sylvain also carries a terrible secret: his mother committed suicide right before his eyes when he was a child. Every night, after the final screening, he goes out to perform a deadly ritual.
