Kôshoku: Genroku (Maruhi) Monogatari plot

Natsu leaves a Buddhist monastery to marry the local cloth merchant. In the meantime, however, he has changed his mind and is about to marry another woman. Oshichi, Natsu's more sexually conservative sister, kills her husband after the latter kills her father in a fight and attempts to rape Natsu. She repents and when she hears a story about a woman who gave herself to a thousand men as penance, she decides to do the same. Natsu, meanwhile, is not giving up on her hopes of moving up the social ladder through sex.
