It is 1941 and the Germans and their allies invade Yugoslavia. General Draja Mihailovitch forms a guerrilla army that resists and soon becomes known as the Chetniks. The Chetniks infuriate German General von Bauer with their defiant attacks and, in an attempt to capture Mihailovitch, the Germans occupy his hometown of Kotor.
