Doppelganger plot
"In every good, there is evil. In Holly Gooding there is something worse. Much worse."
Holly Gooding's mother was murdered. Holly flees to Los Angeles where she becomes a roommate with aspiring writer Patrick Highsmith. One day, Patrick tells her that he saw her on the street, while Holly is sure she was in bed. This makes her fear of her doppelgänger very strong again. Obviously, this doppelganger followed her to Los Angeles. A little later, the young writer learns from an FBI agent that Holly is suspected of murdering her mother.
