Interpol agent CK Long solved a billion dollar drug deal 15 years ago. Wanting revenge, the cartel has hired Madame Rose's organization to kill CK's entire family. Long is the only survivor and believes his young daughter is still alive. In fact, his daughter has been kidnapped by Madame Rose for 15 years, brainwashed and trained to be the sexy killer Phoenix. She is skilled to fight and complete all her missions. Madame Rose's criminal organization has now expanded considerably and operates worldwide. However, CK Long never thought he would be the target of his daughter's mission.
