Roma Ore 11 plot
About a real-life accident that occurred in Rome on a rainy morning in 1951. Some 200 women crowd the stairwell of an office building as they queue to apply for a job as a secretary, when one of them pushes forward, causing the stairs to collapse. The film shows in episodes the history of five of the women who died in an accident. With the frame story depicting the conscience of the pusher, who contemplates suicide and turns herself in to the police. However, the police want to spare her and dismiss the case.
