"Driving the night shift can be deadly."

It's 11:45 PM in New York. The night shift of 'Lady Luck Cab's' begins and 4 taxi drivers drive into the nighttime city. Then, early in the night, Sigh is murdered, the eleventh victim of a serial killer who preys on taxi drivers. The night begins normally for Mizra, a refugee from Bosnia, Hershey (Danny Glover), who has relationship problems, Singh, the simple dream-filled Pakistani, and Salgado, a superstitious Latina full of demonic fears.
