Ninja Vengeance plot

"You can't fight the evil forces of power without the power of force."

Chris, a martial arts expert, travels from California to Houston until his motorcycle breaks down in a Texas town. He discovers that a number of corrupt racists run this village, and that the Ku Klux Klan is in charge. When he witnesses a racial murder of a black student, he becomes the target of the Klan.
