Off Limits plot
"Being a cop is tough. But in Saigon, 1968, being a cop is crazy."
The Saigon of 1968 provides the chaotic backdrop to the mystery surrounding the murder of six prostitutes. A badge of an American soldier is found on the last victim. Two detectives from the American Marechaussee are charged with the investigation, but they find out that someone from higher up is not thrilled with their detective work.
