Bi Hu plot

Shanghai, 1930. The Lizard is a kind of Robin Hood who steals from the rich, including white tourists, and then distributes it to the poor. However, a corrupt cop, who prefers to scam people with casinos and drives women into prostitution, is on his tail along with his accomplices. The Lizard covers his tracks with the help of explosions, but eventually he must confront the gang with his girlfriend.
