Playing House plot

Newlywed couple Jen and Mitch are working on the 'American dream'. Mitch a young doctor and Jen a chef are happy and successful. When they buy their dream home, they ask their best friend Danny to move in with them to cut down on the mortgage costs. However, when Danny comes home with a new girlfriend, the beautiful Blair, things start to go wrong. Blair becomes jealous of the newlywed couple's domestic happiness. She begins to manipulate the three friends to destroy the marriage and friendship, avoiding temptation and even murder.
