Liebe am Fjord - Sommersturm plot

Karen Lund accidentally bumps into her old childhood sweetheart Rune Vigeland. Love is quickly rekindled and, madly in love, she travels with him to the Norwegian countryside to run a horse farm. But then disaster strikes: Rune takes a nasty fall and ends up in a wheelchair, leaving Karen alone on the farm.
