Verdwaald in het Geheugenpaleis plot

Lost in the Memory Palace portrays three women, Anita, Louise and Alice, who live in a small, special ward of a nursing home. Although the women are very different, there is one thing that binds them together: Alzheimer's. Their illness is in the first stage, which means they are still able to live in a fairly normal environment and carry out simple daily activities independently. But they all realize that a decline in their clarity means an inevitable farewell to the group and also to their last bit of dignity and identity. The next phase, that of complete dependence in a closed ward, hangs over their heads like a sword of Damocles. They do everything they can to prevent this.
