Sicily in the 1990s. Mafia boss Salvatore 'Toto' Riina has been arrested. Everyone in Italy is wondering who will be the new leader of the mafia. The answer shakes the Italian judiciary to its foundations. Bernardo Provenzano has not been seen in public since 1963. After thirty years, Provenzano has stepped out of the shadows to seize power.
