Baghdad Film School plot
In 2003, a few months after the liberation of Baghdad, two Iraqi filmmakers planned to establish Iraq's first independent film school. With a car full of equipment they made the perilous journey from Amman to Baghdad and in March 2004 they opened the doors of their school. In 'Baghdad Film School', director Shuchen Tan shows the daily life of a group of students who are trying to realize their dream: to become a documentary filmmaker.
