Cas plot
Pepijn and Sjors' relationship is shaken up when they let the Flemish, lively Cas sleep on their couch while he is looking for a student room. Somewhere in the beginning Cas says that nowadays everyone answers that they like Jamie XX or Chvrches so much, when you ask them about their favorite music. I never have that now, and I also wonder if, except for one colleague, anyone has even heard of those artists. Too bad, because especially that album by Jamie XX is about the best that has come out in the past two years.
Furthermore I couldn't do much with this film. Those typical relational problems where something is already bubbling and then they suddenly start arguing. Those are things I can't empathize with at all. The actors aren't very good either. They also play too much gay and are never believable, Penn did that a lot better and more subtly in Milk. That girl did play nice and fresh. Furthermore also not very special shooting and a score that doesn't stick (I should have used Jamie XX). Only at the end some nice pictures at the coast that just save the film from the lowest score. 1.0*.
